INSTRUCTIONS

• 1. Our book would have coloured printing, this may cause blurred photos hance all registrants are requested to please submit photos with light background.
  
  
• 2. We print and distribute the information as submitted to us. We do not guarantee about the information being correct, please verify the details before making any proceeding towards a marriage proposal to any party.
  
  
• 3. Amount once paid is non-refundable.
  
  
• 4. It's compulsory for the candidate to be present during the sammelan (event). Parents not accompanied by the participant won't be allowed to enter the event premises. The only exception to this rule would be registrants working with the armed forces.
  
  
• 5. Only participants having GATE PASS would be allowed to enter the event premises, if you have not received your GATE PASS please contact us at support@lokmanyanagarbhaginimandal.com.
  
  
• 6. Participants with only receipt and no GATE PASS would not be allowed to enter the event premises
  
  
• 7. The event organized is done as a social service and not for profit by Lokmanya Nagar Bhagini Mandal.
  
  
• 8. The mandal is free to take any decision including the cancellation of event and registration of any participant.
  
  
• 9. If you have opted to attend the sammelan (event) it's compulsory to attend it, If due to any unavoidable circumstances a candidate is unable to attend the event a fine of Rs.200 would be imposed during the collection of the book, which could be collected from Ankita Desai 106, Lokmanya Nagar, Indore and Mamta Gharpure, 61, Lokmanya Nagar, Indore on all working days from 5 PM to 7 PM.
  
  
• 10. Applications would be accepted only from (02/04/2024 till 30/06/2024)
  
  
• 11. If you need to book by courier please mention the same in the form at the space provided.
  
  
• 12. The mandal would organize the event and make available food and snacks for three persons on the day of event as a complimentary service candidate + 2 persons.
  
  
• 13. Only Mature and Married guardians will be allowed to enter the event premises .
  
  
• 14. Mentally Unstable registrants or mentally unstable guardians would not be allowed to enter the event premises.
  
  
• 15. Entire processing of the event would be published in the book, still we would request the registrants to take their respective seats by 10:00 AM, to avoid inconvenience.
  
  
• 16. Incorrect or indecent information if filled in the form would result in cancellation of the registration.
  
  
• 17. We request you to please inform us if your marriage is fixed through the inputs from event or the book.
